So you might be wondering what a “wellness workshop” even is.
I like to call them wellness workshops instead of fitness workshops, because while I do share very practical tools to improve your physical health, I also take into consideration the fact that you are a whole person: body, mind, & heart. I believe all of these aspects of your well being are equally as important- and more intimately linked to each other than you might suspect.
I facilitate multiple different workout programs designed for varying goals, intensity levels, and time commitments. Some are as short as 3 weeks, while others are up to 12 weeks. All of the programs are extremely affordable, can be done from the comfort and privacy of your own home, and include:
• A customized & well-balanced meal plan
• Me as your coach/moral support 24/7
• Access to a community of other women doing the exact same program as you
• Any equipment you may need (resistance bands, etc)
• Weekly emails with recipes, encouragement, etc.
• Access to all the other programs I offer so you can have variety/consistency when you’re done!
These workshops are designed to fit into your actual, right now life. I’m not going to ask you to go extreme by spending hours a day exercising, cutting out food groups, eating an excess of one food group, or sacrificing treats along the way.
I AM going to ask you to fully commit and then show up for yourself. Over and over. Even when it’s messy and imperfect. Even when you don’t feel motivated. Especially when you don’t feel motivated.
